1. Service Description
Ledion ("the Service") is a prediction market analytics platform that provides data-driven insights, opportunity scanning, and historical performance analytics for publicly traded prediction market contracts. Ledion is an informational and analytical tool only. The Service does not execute trades, manage portfolios, or provide personalized financial advice.
2. Not Financial Advice
All information provided by Ledion, including but not limited to opportunity scores, historical win rates, expected returns, and analytical data, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not rely on any information provided by the Service as a substitute for your own independent research and judgment. Any trading or investment decisions you make are solely your responsibility.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree that: (a) you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions; (b) you will not hold Ledion liable for any losses resulting from your use of the platform; (c) you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing prediction markets in your jurisdiction; (d) you will not misuse the Service, including attempting to interfere with its operation or access data belonging to other users.
4. Accounts and Access
You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for unauthorized purposes.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed monthly through Stripe. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan. Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
6. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, the Service relies on third-party data sources, including prediction market exchanges. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented. Market data may be delayed for Free plan users. All data is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledion and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any trading or investment decisions made based on information from the Service; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (d) any third-party conduct on the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
