Terms of Service
Ledion Bot Service
Last updated: March 28, 2026
1. Service Description
Ledion provides automated trading software ("the Bot") that executes trades on the user's Kalshi prediction market account. The Bot runs in a dedicated, isolated compute environment provisioned for each user.
2. Not Investment Advice
Ledion is a software provider. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or financial recommendations. The user makes their own independent decision to use the software and selects their own trading parameters.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading prediction market contracts involves risk of loss. The Bot's historical performance does not guarantee future results. Users may lose some or all of their trading capital. Correlated losses can cause significant daily drawdowns.
4. User Responsibilities
- User maintains their own Kalshi account and funding
- User provides their own API credentials
- User configures their own position limits
- User can stop the Bot at any time
- User is responsible for tax reporting on their trades
5. API Credentials
User API credentials are injected directly into the user's dedicated Bot instance at provisioning time. Credentials are NOT stored in any central database. Destroying the Bot instance permanently removes the credentials from our infrastructure.
6. Strategy Transparency
All trading strategy rules are fully disclosed before authorization. Strategy parameters, entry criteria, position limits, and risk controls are visible to the user. No hidden logic or undisclosed trading behavior exists.
7. Strategy Updates
Any changes to the trading strategy require the Bot to be paused and the user to review and re-authorize before trading resumes. Users are notified via email of any strategy changes.
8. Kill Switch
Both the user and Ledion retain the ability to immediately stop the Bot at any time. The user's kill switch is available 24/7 from their dashboard. Ledion may stop any Bot instance for safety, compliance, or technical reasons.
9. Audit Log
All Bot actions are recorded in an immutable audit log accessible to the user. This includes provisioning, trading activity, configuration changes, and stop/start events.
10. Fees
Users pay a flat monthly subscription fee for the Bot service. No performance fees, no commissions, no hidden charges. Kalshi's own trading fees apply separately.
11. Cancellation
Users may cancel at any time. Cancellation immediately stops the Bot and destroys the user's credentials. No refunds for partial months.
12. Limitation of Liability
Ledion's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid. Ledion is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, technical downtime, or Kalshi platform issues.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
